Terms of Use
By using AI Karaoke you agree to the terms below.
1 · Your account
You must be 16 or older (Vietnamese data-protection law treats anyone under 16 as a child). You sign in with your own Apple or Google account, keep that account secure, and are responsible for everything done under your account. One person, one account.
2 · Your voice and face
When you create an account you agree to let the app use your own voice and face to build videos and lip-sync MVs. You may upload only your own voice and face. Using anyone else's voice or face — including public figures — breaks these terms and the account will be locked.
3 · Content you post
You keep the rights to content you create. You grant us the right to store and display it in the app so the app works, and you allow others to sing over (duet) videos you set to public — that is the point of the duet feature. Set a video to "Only me" and nobody can sing over it.
Do not post: sexual, violent, hateful, harassing, spam or fraudulent content, or content that infringes other people's copyright. We filter text automatically and handle reports with real people; violating content will be removed and the account may be locked.
4 · Songs generated by AI
Songs in the app are newly generated by AI from the idea you type — they are not recordings by any artist. You may not deliberately use the app to reproduce the melody or lyrics of a copyrighted song, and you are responsible for what you type.
5 · Diamonds and payment
Diamonds are a consumable in-app item bought through the App Store. They:
- have no cash value and cannot be converted back into money;
- cannot be transferred to another account;
- are lost when the account is deleted.
Generating an AI song costs diamonds (the price is shown on the Create button before you tap it), whether you topped up or received them from a monthly plan. Building an MV and AI scene images also cost diamonds. If a song or MV generation fails, the diamonds are refunded automatically in the exact amount charged. Singing songs already in the song library costs no diamonds.
Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policy — we do not take payment directly, so we cannot refund directly. When Apple reports that a transaction was refunded, the corresponding diamonds are reclaimed from your wallet; if you have already spent them, the balance may go negative and your next top-up pays off the debt.
Monthly plans (Basic, Plus, Pro) are auto-renewing monthly subscriptions bought through the App Store. For every paid period you receive the fixed number of diamonds shown on the subscription screen; the diamonds you receive never expire and work like top-up diamonds. A plan renews at the price shown until you cancel: cancel any time in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Upgrading mid-period only gives the difference in diamonds. Deleting your account in the app does not cancel the plan — cancel it in your Apple ID settings. Refunds for monthly plans are handled by Apple; when Apple refunds a period, that period's diamonds are reclaimed as described above.
6 · LIVE and gifts
In a LIVE room you can sing, watch and send gifts. Gifts are paid for with diamonds and cannot be converted into money. The host can mute or remove viewers from the room. We have zero tolerance for offensive or abusive content (sexual, violent, hateful, harassing, fraudulent, pressuring people to send gifts). Every report is handled by real people within 24 hours; violating content is removed and the account may be locked.
7 · Service provided "as is"
We try to keep the app running well but do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI songs reach a particular quality. We may change or stop a feature at any time.
8 · Termination
You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may lock an account that breaks these terms, especially sections 2, 3 and 6.
9 · Contact
Summary

Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policy; when Apple reports a refund we reclaim the corresponding diamonds, which may leave a negative balance that your next top-up pays off.
